Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving services from Glamoré+, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

SMS/text-message consent is separate from and is not part of these Terms. Agreeing to these Terms does not opt you in to SMS messaging and does not constitute consent to receive text messages. SMS consent is entirely optional, and you may use every one of our services without consenting to texts. See the SMS / Text Messaging section below.

Services

Glamoré+ provides custom spray tan and related beauty services in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Services, pricing, and availability may change without notice. Appointments are required and may be booked through our website.

Appointments, Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

SMS / Text Messaging

SMS/text messaging from Glamoré+ is optional and is never required to book an appointment, make a purchase, or use any of our services. Agreeing to these Terms of Service does not opt you in to SMS messages and does not constitute consent to receive them. SMS consent is given only as a separate, optional action, and you may decline it and still receive every service we offer.

If you separately choose to opt in to SMS, you may receive transactional text messages from Glamoré+, including appointment confirmations, reminders, pre-appointment prep, and aftercare information.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.

We do not share or sell SMS consent or mobile phone numbers to third parties or affiliates. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for arriving prepared (exfoliated, shaved, and free of lotions, oils, or deodorants) and for disclosing any relevant allergies, skin conditions, or medical considerations prior to service. Glamoré+ reserves the right to decline service when client preparation or safety concerns make service inadvisable.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, designs, and brand elements — is the property of Glamoré+ LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glamoré+ LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date below. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
