When you book an appointment, subscribe to communications, or contact us, we collect information you provide directly, including: name, email address, mobile phone number, date of birth, payment details, and any appointment preferences or skin-care information you share with us.
We may also automatically collect limited technical data such as IP address and browser type to help our website function properly.

- Send appointment reminders, pre-appointment prep instructions, and aftercare guidance

SMS / Text Messaging
When you provide your mobile phone number and check the SMS consent box during booking, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Glamoré+, including appointment confirmations, reminders, pre-appointment prep instructions, and aftercare communications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.
We do not share or sell your SMS consent or mobile phone number to any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS messaging are used solely by Glamoré+ and our service providers who help us deliver those messages on our behalf.
SMS consent is separate from any other consent you provide and can be revoked independently at any time by replying STOP.
How We Share Your Information
We share limited information only with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, including payment processors, booking and scheduling software, email and SMS delivery platforms, and analytics tools. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.
We do not sell your personal information. We will disclose information only when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Glamoré+, our clients, or others.

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
